Many people consciously choose to eat clean, varied, and fresh foods. They follow some diet, fast correctly, work out, spend plenty of time in nature and surround themselves with positive people Everything seems perfect, but they are still bothered by health problems. Why is that? A large number of people engage in many activities that negate the benefits of healthy food. I’ll discuss common mistakes and solutions using examples.

How often have you heard “healthy lifestyle advisors or trainers” say, “Your whole body depends on the nourishment your brain, heart, and skin receive”? The brain is protected inside the strong skull because it is your energy centre and “engine”—it keeps all the body’s organs and systems functioning. Your brain is the source of your life, and it must be protected both inside and out. That protection depends on your lifestyle The brain is the source of your body, and it must be in connection with the whole universe and to the source of the universe. You should look after your brain with care, nourishing it with the right food, both by eating as well as with external choices Your heart is protected by a strong ribcage, but, once again, your heart’s health depends on your lifestyle.

The skin is the human body’s largest organ, and protecting, caring for and nourishing it is entirely in our own hands. Nutrients absorbed through the skin nourish all the other organs and systems.

In my blog post “What is the flu?”, I briefly mentioned that there are no such things as illnesses; rather, there are energies that affect the health of our body (and brain) from both inside and out. I have also written about brain fuel.

A human being is more than just a ‘moving piece of meat’. A human being is energy The right food, both inside and out, provides energy for your brain and heart.

What constitutes a healthy diet and lifestyle?

A healthy diet and lifestyle means eating wild, fresh, natural, organic, local, non genetically modified food, grown in mineral- and nutrient-rich soil untouched by fertilisers and chemical toxins, and which has not been transported over long distances or stored for months on end; if you live and work in nature, breathe fresh, unpolluted air, drink pure spring water, sleep nine hours a day, exercise every day, and your life is free from chronic stressors and exposure to environmental toxins.

Let’s suppose that’s how you eat and that’s how you live. Let’s look at the matter from a different angle, though. Is it really all healthy?

Please note that ‘Health’ or ‘Eco’ products found in ‘Health Shops’ or ‘Nature Shops’, and products bearing these labels, differ from goods in ordinary shops only in terms of price! To verify what I’m saying, anyone can go and ask a sales assistant at an eco-shop for documentation regarding the product’s origin, together with certificates confirming the purity of the soil and the environment. Most of them do not meet the standards for organic food, and these fruits and vegetables come from the same region as the produce sold in ordinary shops. Similarly, the hygiene and household cleaning products sold in Eco and health shops must not be swallowed, as they are toxic.

What is healthy body nourishment? What is not healthy body nourishment?

Let’s suppose that you eat and live as described above. However, a person does not nourish their body solely through the mouth. A person nourishes their body through the entire surface of their body. The human body absorbs nutrients through the skin in the same way as it does through the mouth, as well as through the eyes, ears, nasal passages and body hair. As I have written previously and in several Fonte.News articles, a person is energy, body and all.

But what is it that many people who lead a ‘healthy lifestyle’ get wrong? What is not healthy body nourishment?

  • When you brush your teeth, what sort of toothpaste do you use? When you read the ingredients on a tube of toothpaste, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning saying, ‘Do not swallow’, ‘Avoid contact with eyes’, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk? Toothpastes contain fluoride and other chemical compounds that are harmful to health. I wouldn’t recommend brushing your teeth, but you can brush your gums. To preserve the teeth’s natural protective layer and beneficial bacteria, you should rinse your mouth with coconut oil.
  • Do you use an antiperspirant or a deodorant? When you read the list of ingredients on the packaging, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning saying, ‘Do not swallow’, ‘Avoid contact with eyes’, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Do you use perfumes? When you read the list of ingredients on the packaging, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning stating it’s a fire hazard, ‘Do not swallow’, ‘Avoid contact with eyes’, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Do you use hairspray or hair gel? When you read the list of ingredients on the packaging, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning stating it’s a fire hazard, ‘Do not swallow’, ‘Avoid contact with eyes’, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Do you use make-up and body lotions? When you read the list of ingredients on the packaging, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning saying, ‘Do not swallow’, ‘Avoid contact with eyes’, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Do you apply false eyelashes and false nails yourself? When you read the information on the ingredients of the glue and those false eyelashes and nails, do you also find nutritional information there, and how many vitamins and minerals beneficial to health are they containing? Or might you suddenly come across a warning saying, ‘Do not swallow’, ‘Avoid contact with eyes’, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Do you use an air freshener at the restroom as well? When you read the list of ingredients on the packaging, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning stating that it is explosive, must not come into contact with the mouth, must not be swallowed, must not come into contact with the eyes, must be kept out of the reach of children, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Do you use household chemical cleaning products? “Household chemicals” is already a warning.
  • Do you wash your laundry with washing powder or washing gel? When you read the list of ingredients on the packaging, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning stating that it is toxic, must not come into contact with the mouth, must not be swallowed, must not come into contact with the eyes, must be kept out of the reach of children, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Do you use air fresheners, scented candles, scented sticks, etc. to freshen the air at home or in your car? When you read the list of ingredients on the packaging, can you find nutritional information about how much vitamins and minerals it contains? Or might you suddenly come across a warning stating it’s a fire hazard, ‘Do not swallow’, ‘Avoid contact with eyes’, etc.? Can you find any information to suggest that it’s safe to eat and poses no risk?
  • Environmental hazards – air, tap water, people, ‘chemical clouds’, spending time in shopping centres (particularly whilst wandering around the perfume departments and breathing in the air filled with the toxic scents of perfumes), car exhaust fumes, plastic, rubbish, noise, radio waves, power lines, 5G, etc.

The list could go on and on. Do you understand what I mean? The human body absorbs nutrients through the skin in the same way as it does through the mouth. Your skin should only come into contact with substances that you could put in your mouth and swallow, and which have the same effect when applied to the skin.

“Did you know that women who wear lipstick consume 10 kg of lipstick over the course of their lives, but lipstick contains highly toxic lead, which causes breast, skin and uterine cancer! What’s more, deodorants, hairsprays and perfumes contain toxic aluminium, which causes cancer! Aluminium cookware, Teflon cookware, plastic cookware – they’re all toxic to your body! If you wash your food containers with household cleaning products, residues of the detergent remain in the micro-pores of the containers and you end up ingesting them – which, in turn, causes cancer! If you wash your clothes with washing powder (Ariel, etc.), you’re exposing your skin to those chemicals, and that causes cancer! Ètc, etc….”

‘Food’ absorbed through the skin must be just as safe as food consumed by mouth. Everything you put on your skin must also be safe to eat, and what you eat must have the same effect when absorbed through the skin. This is what’s called a healthy body nourishment

What are the risks if substances that you must not eat and which are toxic come into contact with your skin, hair, the air you breathe or the clothes you are wearing?

The human body is capable of warding off toxins, but if there are too many of them, the body’s energy begins to wane and problems arise. People refer to them as illnesses. The body enters a state of energy crisis, and the first organs and systems to malfunction are those that require the most energy – the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach, skin, .… It is through the skin – that is, externally – that people poison themselves the most. The human body has to work round the clock to ward off toxins, but there must be a limit somewhere. At night, when the brain needs to cool down and rest, it must deal with toxins. It’s no wonder that brain function suffers and, at some point, the body gives way.

What are the solutions?

There is very little nature that is free from toxins, and very little food grown in such an environment, and this food does not reach everyone’s dinner table around the world. You should still eat as healthily and clean food as possible. Buy produce from local farmers.

When choosing food, you should ensure it contains the minerals and vitamins necessary for the brain and body to function properly – vitamins C and D, zinc, copper, K2, B vitamins, omega-3, NAC, glutathione, collagen, potassium, selenium, chromium, …….. It is food that is important, because food delivers these beneficial substances directly to the cells.

Please avoid taking industrial vitamins and minerals (dietary supplements in the form of tablets, capsules, powders and other forms) as a substitute for food or as a supplement to your daily diet. Why? Because these food supplements are synthetic and laboratory-produced – they are not absorbed by the body in the way the ‘propaganda’ claims; this is about commerce, not health.

To rid the body of toxins, you should visit a sauna every week (an infrared sauna is good), eat foods that cleanse the body (celery, beetroot, green tea, etc.), spend plenty of time outdoors, take a break from TV and the media, and clear your mind through yoga or meditation, etc. Avoid group meditation and yoga sessions, as people are also ‘hunted’ by other ‘energies’ that pose a threat to the human soul.

You can make your own toothpaste using coconut oil, ginger and ground cloves.

You can make perfumes from natural oils (lavender, rose, etc.)

You can make body lotions using coconut and olive oil, combined with essential oils.

All products applied to the skin can be made from ingredients that are edible and beneficial to health. There are many independent producers in Estonia who offer ‘edible’ products for household cleaning, cosmetics and hygiene products, beauty products, etc.

‘Replace substances that are harmful to your body with safe ones – it’s all possible if you want to stay alive and healthy!’

The more you avoid substances and foods that are harmful to your body, the healthier you’ll be. Remember this simple rule:

‘Your body is nourished by your whole body, not just your mouth! Nourish it in the same way, both inside and out – healthily and safely.’

How can we improve your DNA and light energy – and connect with the source of life?

A comprehensive guide and practical exercises can be found in Veiko Huuse’s bilingual (Estonian and English) book THE ALL – The e-book costs 16 euros and the physical book (the ‘magical activator’) costs 100 euros.

Tomorrow’s society is based on self-organization

Estonians are a resilient and powerful nation that has survived very difficult times, and there is no doubt that we Estonians will survive this time as well, despite the great social upheaval that is occurring around the world. It is important to remember that creating fear and causing people to quarrel with one another has always been an effective tool of the old system, and they are still trying to make the most out of it. So let us trust our heart, intuition and common sense, let us stand in empathy and love. Let us create community structures on the principle of self-organization and let us support each other! The new one cannot be born in its entirety until the old structures have left the arena.
