The Culinary Experience of Food and the Experience of the Cell

You’re not hungry for calories — your cells are hungry for nutrients. The culinary experience of food deceives the senses, the experience of the cell builds health. When you choose real food, light and balance, you break the endless cycle of cravings and start to truly nourish yourself — you achieve the experience of perfect cellular life.

We live in an age where food is available at every turn, yet there is often a shortage of proper food. Your stomach may be full, but your body remains hungry. The tongue enjoys the culinary experience, the brain receives an immediate response — “I’ve had something to eat” — but the cells often do not get what the body is made of: protein, minerals, fatty acids, vitamins, fibre and sustained energy. People lack a sense of cellular vitality — their cells are neither healthy nor ‘happy’.

The Culinary Experience of Food and the Experience of the Cell

The Culinary Experience of Food and the Experience of the Cell

Below, I’ll explain in simple terms, without beating about the bush, what a “culinary food experience” and a “cell experience” are.

We live in an age where there is more food than ever before — yet, paradoxically, more people are suffering from fatigue, obesity, stress, and diabetes; people are losing their teeth and suffering from a host of chronic health problems.

How can that be?

The answer lies in two completely different experiences:

  • A culinary experience — it’s something that immediately appeals to your taste buds: crunchy, sweet, soft, salty, quick.
  • The cellular experience — this is what speaks to the body later on: a clearer mind, a calmer, more controlled appetite, better recovery, more stable energy levels, a healthy body, no chronic health problems, no issues with being overweight, clear thinking, and lasting youthfulness.

“Does food control you, or do you control food?”

The Trap of Ultra-Processed Foods

Many ultra-processed foods are made to give you the strongest experience with the smallest effort. They may be very tasty and convenient, but they are often high in calories and full of added sugar, chemical additives (colourings, preservatives, bleaching agents, nanomaterials, plastic packaging, ‘unknown’ E substances, substances ‘accidentally’ omitted from the label, etc.) or fat (rapeseed and seed oils), whilst fibre and micronutrients are scarce or entirely absent.

It is this kind of eating pattern, rather than any single ‘bad’ ingredient, that is the problem for many people.

The Culinary Experience of Food — Instant Payoff

A culinary experience is that moment when:

  • Something is sweet; flavours and aromas enriched with artificial flavourings
  • Crunchy, greasy
  • The brain gets a dopamine rush
  • ‘Appetising’ product images, packaging, and ‘messages’
  • You feel a sense of satisfaction… for a moment

For example:

  • White sugar
  • Pastries and wheat products
  • Alcohol
  • Ultra-processed snacks
  • Taste-optimized “ready meals”
  • Rapeseed oil and other seed oils

These are designed for maximum enjoyment, not for maximum cellular nourishment. They are bad because they exist to generate profits for the pharmaceutical industry, not to keep people healthy.

“Are you eating for the taste, or feeding your cells?”

The Cellular Experience — Real Food

The cellular experience is not as “loud”. It does not “explode with flavour”. But it does something else:

  • It gives the body its necessary building blocks
  • Stabilises energy levels
  • Reduces uncontrollable cravings
  • Does not cause insulin resistance
  • Keeps hormones in balance
  • Healthy cells — healthy body

For example:

  • Eggs
  • Meat and fish
  • Vegetables
  • Berries
  • Nuts
  • Quality fats (for example, coconut or olive oil, butter, beef fat, pork fat, seal fat, mutton fat)
  • Pure, unprocessed, natural sea salt
  • Natural and healthy sweeteners: Stevia and Monk Fruit

This is the food that makes up the body and nourishes the cells.

“Does what you eat build you up or wear you down?”

Why Are People Overeating?

Here is an important idea that biohackers also emphasise:

“The body is not looking for calories. It’s looking for nutrients.”

If you eat food that contains:

  • Lacks minerals
  • Lacks vitamins
  • Lacks sufficient protein
  • Lacks fresh food

…then the body does not receive the signal that it has been ‘fed’.

And the result: you eat again, and again, and again… (cellular) hunger deepens — resulting in a stressed and inflamed body.

“Every bite is either building or breaking down.”

KETO and Carnivore — Why People Choose Them

KETO and carnivore – why people choose them
KETO and carnivore – why people choose them

Many people end up following a keto or carnivore diet not because of ideology, but through personal experience.

  • In the case of KETO:
    • Carbohydrate intake decreases
    • Blood sugar levels fluctuate less
    • Feelings of hunger decrease
    • Removes almost all ‘contaminants’
    • Focuses on natural food
  • Carnivore:
    • For some, this means simplicity
    • Clarity
    • Less decisions

“Is your food information or an illusion?”

Sugar — Do People ‘Need’ It?

Human hormones crave — and need — a sweet ‘signal’. People do not biologically need white sugar.

But people crave the experience of a sweet taste. And this is where our sweet ‘friends’ straight from nature come into play:

These provide the best healthy sweet taste for your cells without a glucose load. For some, this is a bridge — enjoyment without added sugar.

“The body doesn’t need more food, it needs better food.”

Sunlight — The Forgotten, Yet Critically Important ‘Food’

We talk about food, but we forget something very simple and very important: a person does not ‘live’ on food alone. The sun provides a perfect and essential source of vitality for our cells.

Sunlight:

  • Gives the body a rhythm in harmony with the universe
  • Has a beneficial effect on hormones (melatonin, cortisol)
  • Has a positive effect on the body’s energy levels and cell health

Biohacker Gary Brecka has said:

“If you don’t get any natural light in the morning, your body’s biological clock is already a step behind.”

Sunrise — Red Light — Therapy

There is a lot of talk about the red light at sunrise:

  • It’s there in the morning, of course
  • It interacts with cells differently from blue light or any other type of light

Science has made significant discoveries regarding the benefits of red light — whether from the sun or from a lamp — and research is ongoing.

The benefits of sunlight are evident in several key areas:

  • The sun provides energy for the entire ecosystem
  • Light consists of different wavelengths (red, blue, etc.), each with different physical properties
  • Without the sun, life as we know it would not exist
  • Plants use red and blue light for photosynthesis
  • Human skin produces vitamin D with the help of the sun’s UV rays
  • Light entering through the eyes regulates the circadian rhythm

Therefore: the sun is not simply ‘beneficial’ — it is fundamental to life.

Sunlight and Wavelengths, Health Benefits — Cellular Vitality

  • Every type of light has its own wavelength and energy.
  • These affect tissues in different ways (e.g., red light penetrates deeper than blue).
  • Red light has been the subject of the most research. This field is known as photobiomodulation.

Effects for which there are solid scientific references:

  • Affects the mitochondria (the cell’s ‘powerhouses’)
  • May increase ATP production (energy in cells)

May help with:

  • Wound healing
  • Reducing inflammation
  • Muscle recovery
  • Lowering blood sugar levels

“Do you choose comfort or vitality?”

Water, Salt and the Body

People often say: “Drink more water.”

But in reality, the body functions on the basis of electrolyte balance:

  • Sodium
  • Potassium
  • Magnesium… plus over 60 other minerals and beneficial substances

This means that in certain situations (e.g. sweating, physical activity), a small amount of salt in water is more beneficial and has a positive effect on cell vitality.

Key Figures and Ideas

In addition to Veiko Huuse, Annika Urmi, and biohacker Gary Brecka, Dr Eric Berg will also be speaking on similar topics.

All training courses and advice focus, amongst many other topics, on:

  • Insulin
  • The effect of carbohydrates
  • Fasting
  • Breathing

They all emphasise one idea:

“The problem isn’t just what you eat, but also what your body can use.”

Final Thoughts

Human beings are not meant:

  • To eat solely for the sake of taste
  • To count calories alone
  • To eat according to adverts and the ‘medical narrative’

Human beings are meant:

  • To be mindful
  • To listen to their bodies
  • To eat balanced, cell-nourishing food

The question is not: “Does this food taste good?”

…but rather: “Will this food still nourish me after I’ve eaten it?”

“A cell doesn’t ask for flavour; it asks for nutrients.”

“If you don’t choose your food consciously, the pharmaceutical industry will choose it for you.”

The official WHO documentation includes a public guideline on launching vaccination campaigns. The document outlines the main course of action on how to encourage people to get vaccinated; how to build media presence and shape public opinion on immunization; how to impact different communities and social groups; how to involve politicians, experts, and influencers; how to engage on social media in order to influence vaccination decisions. In short, how to launch the plan, the implementation of which we are currently witnessing every day.

Tomorrow’s society is based on self-organization

Estonians are a resilient and powerful nation that has survived very difficult times, and there is no doubt that we Estonians will survive this time as well, despite the great social upheaval that is occurring around the world. It is important to remember that creating fear and causing people to quarrel with one another has always been an effective tool of the old system, and they are still trying to make the most out of it. So let us trust our heart, intuition and common sense, let us stand in empathy and love. Let us create community structures on the principle of self-organization and let us support each other! The new one cannot be born in its entirety until the old structures have left the arena.

The Speech by the founder of Free Estonia Veiko Huuse at the Bronze Soldier on May 9, 2021

Our lives are the sum of our thoughts, environment, food and water. We all have a god to believe in; we are all creators, and we create life together. We always receive what we give others. When we share love and forgiveness, when we are honest with ourselves and others, our lives will be honest, happy and full of love. Share honesty, love, and forgiveness with others. Let's grateful!
