An Investigative Crime Story That Has No End – Or Is It Just Beginning?

This is not an ordinary news report. It is a warning and a wake-up call for anyone who believes they live in a state governed by the rule of law. Fonte.News has repeatedly drawn attention to the “Fourth Power” and “Circle Defense” operating within Estonia—shadowy groups functioning outside the constitution and justice, with tentacles reaching deep into state power structures. Today, we open the door to a story that is no longer merely a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation), but a systematic attempt to eliminate investigative journalist Annika Urm from society.

The Courtroom as a Weapon: “Deportation” in the 21st Century

Does judge Marju Persidskaja orchestrate a Holocaust in Estonia?
Does judge Marju Persidskaja orchestrate a Holocaust in Estonia?

During a court hearing on April 8, 2026, Annika Urm was physically present. Yet, in her court ruling, Judge Marju Persidskaja claimed that the journalist failed to appear in court, declaring her internationally/nationally wanted under this pretext. This is no mistake. It is a deliberate construction.

Strong signs that point to “Annika Urm is destroied without choosing the means.”:

  1. Annika Urm was not properly served with summonses, either by mail or email, or by the RÕA lawyer defending her, Maarika Suurepere
  2. Judge Marju Persidskaja does not recognize the evidence of a very experienced and recognized family doctor, but the judge chooses from among arbitrary, medically related figures those who, in the judge’s opinion, are competent to give assessments, without having met Annika Urm. Judge Marju Persidskaja ordered a suitable forensic examination for herself and from “suitable” experts (Dr. Evelin Eding and Dr. Tanel Vaas), without having ever met Annika Urm, and these experts know that they are not responsible. Annika Urm’s defense lawyer, Maarika Suurpere, let this happen and did not challenge the false examination.
  3. 08.04.2026 The URL link for the court hearing was not sent to Annika Urm, and neither was her lawyer Maarika Suurpere. Why did Judge Marju Persidskaja send the URL link for the court hearing to me, Veiko Huuse, and why didn’t she even send it to Annika Urm with the same email? I sent the link to Annika so that she could be at the hearing. Annika’s participation in the court hearing was a big surprise to all participants. It seemed that they hoped that Annika Urm would not be there.
  4. I, Veiko Huuse, turned to certain respected people to ask if they had the power to stop this brutal injustice, but this “person” received the answer (from someone) “not to interfere in it”. I will keep the names to myself, but I can say for sure that the “sect’s” revenge has been launched in the case of Annika Urm. If I am wrong, then such a “deportation” trial would not have been started at all.

When a journalist present in the courtroom is declared “wanted” for non-appearance, a critical question arises: Is this administration of justice, or has the courtroom become a weapon of silencing and repression? This process mirrors historical deportations, where individuals are violently ripped from their lives and society based on “formally correct” (yet intrinsically unlawful) orders.

The Media as an Executioner

What is both curious and terrifying is how Estonia’s mainstream media outlets—Äripäev, Eesti Ekspress, Õhtuleht, Elu24 , Postimees and Kroonika—have lined up behind the “army of judges,” continuously publishing wanted notices featuring Annika Urm’s photograph.

For example, Äripäev, which has repeatedly published the wanted notice for Annika Urm, was very surprising. Has Äripäev really been a distributor of wanted notices during its existence? I doubt it. This newspaper talked always about business news. Many years ago, I was a reader of Äripäev and I never noticed the police wanted notices. Has this information medium really deteriorated in quality to the point that it earns a “living” from clicks on police notices and Annika Urm wanted notices?

Why do these media outlets fail to publish photos and wanted notices of other individuals—numbering over 100 wanted by the police—with even a fraction of the intensity directed at Annika Urm? The answer points to a direct collusion between the judiciary and the media power structure, aimed at eliminating Annika Urm from society before she has even been found guilty in a court of law. This is a group SLAPP strategy designed to break a journalist behind bars, echoing the darkest methods of the past.

Who Belongs to the “Circle Defense”?

At the center of this story is a network protecting its own. According to our evidence, the individuals tied to this process include:

  • Judges: Marju Persidskaja (issuer of the arrest warrant), Liina Naaber-Kivisoo (Head of Harju County Court), Vallo Kariler, Tarmo Tina, Olev Mihkelson. District judges and Supreme Court justices who agreed with Marju Persidskaja’s decision: Judge Heili Sepp; Judge Saale Laos; Judge Paavo Randma; Judge Marina Ninaste; Judge Erkki Hirsnik; Judge Ingrid Kullerkann.
  • Prosecution and Representatives: Prosecutor Paul Pikma, ex-prosecutor(today is judge) Andres Parmas, Attorney at law Sirje Must,,Attorney Maarika Suurpere (from Sirje Must Law Firm), Attorney General Astrid Asi.

What to Do When the Constitution No Longers Applies?

Annika Urm faces a system where standard legal protection mechanisms are de facto suspended. When domestic legal protection fails and the “Fourth Power” sides with the repressors, the situation becomes critical.

In this regard, Annika Urm exercises her rights under the laws of the Republic of Estonia and uses Section 28 of the Penal Code – Right of Restraint and Section 54 of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia to defend herself.

Potential Defense Tactics:

  1. International Intervention: Because the Estonian domestic system is compromised (the “Circle Defense”), escalating the case to international forums—such as the European Court of Human Rights and relevant UN bodies—is essential to highlight the persecution of a journalist.
  2. Seeking Asylum: If a journalist’s life and liberty are threatened in their home country due to judicial abuse, seeking political asylum in a democratic nation becomes a justified defensive measure.
  3. Documentation and Evidence: Every court ruling, every media-published wanted notice, and every procedural violation must be meticulously documented. Fonte.News holds court documents and evidence confirming the collusion between the judiciary and the media, and we stand firmly behind our claims.

In Conclusion: Annika Urm’s case is a critical test for Estonia. If we allow Circle Defense and the “Fourth Power” to cancel and deport journalists, who is next? The question is no longer just about Urm, but about the fundamental nature of the Estonian state—are we a free society or a repressive apparatus controlled by sects?

Tomorrow’s society is based on self-organization

Estonians are a resilient and powerful nation that has survived very difficult times, and there is no doubt that we Estonians will survive this time as well, despite the great social upheaval that is occurring around the world. It is important to remember that creating fear and causing people to quarrel with one another has always been an effective tool of the old system, and they are still trying to make the most out of it. So let us trust our heart, intuition and common sense, let us stand in empathy and love. Let us create community structures on the principle of self-organization and let us support each other! The new one cannot be born in its entirety until the old structures have left the arena.

The Speech by the founder of Free Estonia Veiko Huuse at the Bronze Soldier on May 9, 2021

Our lives are the sum of our thoughts, environment, food and water. We all have a god to believe in; we are all creators, and we create life together. We always receive what we give others. When we share love and forgiveness, when we are honest with ourselves and others, our lives will be honest, happy and full of love. Share honesty, love, and forgiveness with others. Let's grateful!
